This is a short page, because we keep cookies simple. We use the ones our site needs in order to work, and a single measurement service that tells us how families find us and whether our pages are doing their job.

What we use

Essential cookies. Set by our hosting and payment providers so pages load securely and checkout works. The site cannot function without them, and the law does not require consent for them.

Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. We advertise on Google so that families searching for help can find us, and these cookies tell us which of those visits led to an order. That is the whole purpose: knowing what to keep paying for. We look at these numbers in aggregate — how many people visited a page, how many went on to place an order — not to build a profile of you, and we never sell or share your information with advertisers.

We set no social media pixels, and we do not run retargeting — you will not be followed around the internet by adverts for us after visiting this site.

Your preferences

You can opt out of the measurement cookies at any time and everything on this site will continue to work exactly as it does now. The simplest way is Google's own opt-out add-on, which applies across every site you visit. Your browser's privacy settings and any “do not track” or cookie-blocking extension will also stop them. If you would rather we handled it for you, write to us and we will.

Nothing we set is used for anything beyond what is described on this page. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
