You trust us with something deeply personal — photographs of someone you love, and memories of their life. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your name and email address, so we can reach you about your tribute. The photos you and your family upload. The answers you give about your loved one — their name, dates, and the memories you choose to share. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.
What we use it for
One thing: creating and delivering your tribute. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to marketing lists. The emails we send are about your order — nothing more.
Your photos, your loved one's details, and the memories you share with us are never given to advertisers, and never leave the providers who help us produce your tribute. Separately from all of that, our website measures how visitors find us so we know which adverts are worth paying for — that is ordinary web statistics, it never touches what you have uploaded, and our cookie page explains it plainly and tells you how to switch it off.
Who helps us
Like any small studio, we rely on a few trusted providers to do our work: secure cloud storage for your photos and finished tribute, media production services that help us craft the video and song, a payment processor for checkout, and an email service for our messages to you. Each receives only what it needs to do its part, and nothing is used for any purpose beyond producing your tribute.
Family links
If you share a family link, anyone holding it can see the gathered photos and add their own. Share it as you would a family photo album — with the people who belong in it.
How long we keep things
Your tribute's private page remains available for one year from delivery, and we keep the photos and materials behind it for that time so we can help with anything you need. After that, they are removed from our production systems. If you would like your photos and information deleted sooner, one email is all it takes.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to show you what we hold about your order, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to care@tributesbytomorrow.com and we will take care of it promptly.
Cookies
The cookies our site needs in order to work, plus Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement so we can see which visits led to an order. No social media pixels, and no retargeting — we do not follow you around the internet with adverts. You can turn the measurement off at any time and nothing here stops working. Our cookie page has the details and the opt-out.
Children
Family photographs naturally include children, and we treat those images with the same care as everything else — used only in your tribute, never for anything else. Our service itself is intended for adults.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date. We will never quietly change what we do with what you have already shared.
