Terms of Service

These terms describe how Tributes By Tomorrow ("we," "our," or "the studio") provides its service to you. We have written them in plain language, because you have enough on your mind.

What we provide

We craft memorial tribute videos from the photos and memories you share with us. Each tribute is described on our pricing page, along with its delivery window. Delivery windows begin when we have received your photos and your payment, and for tributes that include an original song, once you have approved its words.

Your photos and memories

Everything you share remains yours. By uploading photos and answers, you give us permission to use them for one purpose only: creating your tribute. You confirm that you have the right to share the photos you upload, and that anyone you invite through a family link has the family's blessing to add theirs.

Review and changes

Every tribute includes one round of changes at no charge. For tributes with an original song, you review and approve the song's words before it is recorded — this is your moment to correct any detail. Further rounds of changes, if you need them, may carry a small fee that we will always tell you about first.

Our promise

If your tribute is not everything you hoped, tell us and we will make it right — or return every penny. We ask only that you tell us within fourteen days of delivery.

Delivery and keeping your tribute

Your finished tribute is delivered on a private page along with a download of the video file. The page remains available for one year from delivery; the downloaded video is yours forever. We encourage you to download and keep a copy.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

What we ask of you

Please only upload photos you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, hateful, or intended to harm another person. We may decline an order that asks us to work with such material, and will refund it in full.

The limits of our responsibility

We put great care into every tribute, but we are a small studio, not an insurer. Our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version will apply to orders placed after the change. The terms in place when you ordered are the ones that apply to your tribute.
