Questions from funeral-home teams
Is this software our staff has to learn?
No editing software or timeline to manage. Your team starts a collection, shares the family link, and reviews the finished video. Our studio arranges the photos, adds the music and title cards, and makes the slideshow.
How does the free tribute work?
Create an account and confirm your email. Your first photo collection reserves your one complimentary Tribute. No card, paid subscription, or studio approval is required. Try the finished video before deciding whether the monthly plan fits your home.
What can we charge families?
You set your own price. Offer the video separately or include it in a service package. The $149, $199, and $249 examples on this page illustrate the numbers; they are not required prices or guarantees of sales.
Can family members add photos and a song themselves?
Yes. Send the family photo link. They can add photos without signing in and upload one MP3 they own or have permission to use in the finished video. A Done adding photos button notifies your funeral home. Your team decides when the whole collection is ready for production.
What music is included?
Our instrumental music is included. Your team or the family can also upload one authorized MP3, up to 40 MB and 30 minutes. We play it once, then gently bring in instrumental music if the photos continue. Purchasing or streaming a recording alone does not give permission to use it in a video.
How many photos can a family send?
Unlimited photos, with no per-photo charge. At least 10 completed uploads are needed to submit. For a very long video or a specific service length, contact our studio before submitting so we can plan it with you.
When will the video be ready?
The first preview is due within 24 hours after your team submits the complete photos and details for production. The clock does not run while the family is still gathering photos. Please allow time for your review and any requested changes before the service. Contact us first if you need it sooner.
Will families see our branding or your prices?
The family upload and finished viewing pages show your logo, or your funeral-home name if you do not add a logo. Families do not see your dashboard, subscription billing, or unfinished videos. You decide when the finished viewing link can be shared.
What if we need changes?
Review privately and request one round of changes before approving the video. We correct our own mistakes without charge. Our studio checks each tribute before you see it; families receive the final link after your approval.
What happens after the four included videos?
Additional Tribute videos are $79 each, charged when you submit them for production. We confirm payment before starting. Unused included videos roll over for one extra billing month while subscribed, and we use the oldest first.
Can we download it for the service?
Yes. You receive an MP4 download to use with compatible playback equipment and a private family viewing link hosted for one year. Downloaded videos are yours to keep.
Are we locked into a contract?
The $299 plan renews monthly for one funeral-home location. There is no annual commitment. Cancel through your dashboard before renewal; the plan stays available through the paid period. Submitted tributes are still completed. The partner plan currently offers Tribute only.
